Reflection of the perfection

There were amazing birds around which I wanted to shoot but that boat caught my attention. I wanted to be on the boat and go to the artificial island there to explore more at Hebbal lake.

Isolation in participation

Days passed by like a blink of an eye. It is very weird to know that when you want to pass time, the clock doesn't tick. However, when you care damn about what's happening with life and just get engaged with some activities, you get old before the clock finishes its round. Yes, I am talking about how fast days passed without my notice. There were no posts recently and I was not updating my facebook status too. Sounds like I was isolated totally but hell no. I was more active than before and for those who wanted to know what kept me so busy, here it is. It was photography which kept me occupied for a long time and then some trips. Unplanned trip - Sakleshpur

Its been long time since my last post. I had been to Sakleshpur unexpectedly and it turned out to be a lovely treat on whole. My friend wanted to buy a Royal Enfield (Bullet 1970 model) and asked me if I could accompany him till Hassan. Without a second thought, took my Verna and started late afternoon. We then went to Sakleshpur which is another 35kms from there. We had absolutely no idea where we would stay that night. My friend searched in the internet and found one awesome Home Stay there. Woke up at around 5:00 AM and explored the surroundings. It was birds everywhere, singing in different tunes. Though I had my camera with me, I was just enjoying the moment without capturing them. Had a yummy breakfast at 6:30 and returned to our place. While exploring further, we were amused to see how wonderful the estate was. On Wings

This picture was taken at Thippagondanahalli (TG Halli) dam on Magadi road. TG Halli dam or popularly known as Chamarajasagar is around 35 kms from Bengaluru. The two rivers, Arkavaty and Kamudavati confluence here. This place actually looks isolated but if you manage to spot the backside of the dam, that is where one finds the beautiful birds. I had tough time that morning to find a single bird. When I followed a group of ladies who were carrying water on top, the scenic beauty demystified. It is a peaceful place, good for fishing and bird-watching.
